SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Recent data from the National Highway Safety Administration revealed that South Dakota ranks among the top ten states for highest teen involvement in fatal crashes.
Local officials and programs are continuing to urge young drivers to be vigilant when on the road and practice safe behavior when starting out as a new driver.
