Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — Giving cash doesn’t help but you can. That’s the core of the successful anti-panhandling campaign conducted by the city of Sioux Falls this year. It’s an encouragement for people to give to the agencies that deal with homelessness in the city, instead of giving directly to panhandlers on the streets.
