SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — We are just days away from Halloween, and families who wanted to get a head start on their trick-or-treating made their way to Downtown Sioux Falls Sunday afternoon.
From Sonic the Hedgehog to an alien, there wasn’t a shortage of costumes to see at downtown’s annual trick-or-treating event. Norah was what she called a “Halloween Queen.”
“I just didn’t want to be something really cute, and I didn’t want to be something too spooky,” Norah Economy said.
