SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A man is behind bars after an aggravated kidnapping and assault that took place Tuesday and ended with his arrest Wednesday.
‘Pay attention’: Bus drivers share safety message
According to Sioux Falls Police Spokesman Sgt. Aaron Benson, a call came into authorities from the victim’s friend around 1 p.m. on Tuesday that she had been kidnapped. The investigation started that afternoon and continued into Wednesday, which led to a standoff in Lincoln County in the afternoon.
