SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) —Every Tuesday night, you’ll find the Coyote Clinic operating in downtown Sioux Falls.
“It is completely med student run, with oversight by physicians that volunteer their time made up of family medicine doctors, internal medicine doctors. So anybody who’s uninsured needs to see a physician and can’t find the coverage comes to us, and we help take care of them to the best of our abilities,” Physician Coordinator for Coyote Clinic, Sara Alhasnawi said.
“Our clinic provides basic health care from acute care, we do sports physicals, wellness checks, and we’re also able to do some basic testing, draw labs and some basic imaging. And we’re also able to refer patients out if needed. If they need any health care that’s more advanced than what we can provide here, too,” Chair of Coyote Clinic, Jada Tschetter said…
