SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Here’s a look at this morning’s top stories for KELOLAND On the Go.

Sioux Falls Police are searching for answers after a man opened fire inside a western Sioux Falls apartment. Two people were shot, and one didn’t survive. The crime was at an apartment complex at Larch Avenue and West 43rd Street. If it sounds familiar, it’s the third homicide at the complex this year.

The teen killed in an Oct. 31 shooting in Huron is Soe Htoo Kmoo Say, a local high school student, the superintendent said in a Facebook post. Kmoo Say was found shot in a home on the 1600 block of Illinois Avenue S.W. at about 9:30 p.m. on Halloween, police said.
