SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – The city council has announced plans to replace Councilmember Sarah Cole, who will be resigning in December.
Cole’s last day on the council is December 3; however, her term ends in June 2026. Council members held a meeting today to discuss the process of replacing her.
