WATERTOWN, S.D.–Two suspects are in custody following a massive credit card scam across I-29, including at Walmart stores in Sioux City, Sioux Falls and Brookings.
Police received information about a credit card scam occurring at those locations, including reports of suspects fleeing south of Codington County. An “attempt to locate” was put out a short time later…
