SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Today was the last day of a trial for a former massage therapist accused of sexual contact with his clients.
Kurt Smit is charged with two counts of sexual contact without consent. He’s accused of touching two clients inappropriately in May and June of last year at Massage Envy.
