The Pepperoni and cheese were flying at the Sioux Falls Pizza Ranch on 41st Street. Co-owner Cody Buchholz formed an assembly line with workers to make and bake pizzas.
“It’s just getting a rhythm down, kind of the right people in the right spots, you can have too many people in an assembly line and it all kind of backs up,” he said.
The pizzas are being delivered on Tuesday to the state penitentiary, which houses about 1400 prisoners.
