The next surge of snow is underway in KELOLAND. It’s a preview to what will be a colder start to the new month ahead. Now that snow is energizing the pattern, sub zero temperatures are now likely at times for lows early next week.
A solid northwest flow pattern will keep the gate open to more cold fronts in the days ahead. It’s really a pattern of smaller storm systems in the clipper family. You can warm in advance of each system, but the timing details will get tricky.
A base of thick snow will really tug down our highs too. Once the weekend snow totals are final, we’ll adjust those numbers into the forecast going forward…
