SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO)–In a Tuesday night meeting city councilors discussed and ultimately approved the vacation of a portion of 19th Street.
The vacation request comes as part of Tre Ministries’ planned project to build residential and multi-use spaces for young adults 18-30, according to its website.
