PIERRE, S.D. (KELO) — South Dakota Education Secretary Joseph Graves has permanently revoked the teaching licenses of two men who had inappropriate contact with female students.
The revocations came after hearings by the South Dakota Professional Teachers Practices and Standards Commission.
