Multiple Sioux Falls-area superintendents are echoing Sioux Falls School District Superintendent Jamie Nold’s reaction to Gov. Larry Rhoden’s budget address: disappointment that public education might not see an increase to its funding this year.
Rhoden’s proposed 0% increase to public education doesn’t follow state law to increase education funding at 3% or inflation, whichever is less.
