CANTON, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – The Canton Police Department had fun over the weekend by “arresting” the Grinch at the Winter Wonderland Christmas Parade in downtown Canton.
According to Canton Police, the arrest was “crucial in putting an end to the chaos caused by the Grinch over the past few days.”
