SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – There’s a new option for grocery shopping in downtown Sioux Falls.Pomegranate Market officially opened its doors in the Cherapa development Friday.
“It’s been a long time coming. We’ve been working on this for two years. There was a couple delays along the way, we were hoping to open a little earlier this year but we’re very excited to be open now,” Jonah Snyder, President and Co-owner of Pomegranate Market, said.

And customers who live and work downtown are also excited to see it open.
“We moved to Sioux Falls at the end of September, part of the reason was the walkability of downtown so we don’t have to drive the car very much,” Lyle Halverson, who lives downtown, said. “And now with the grocery store opening, I mean we won’t even have to drive to go to the grocery store.”…
