Advocate asks if certain homeless people are targeted with tickets

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Every houseless person has a unique life story. A Sioux Falls man, who doesn’t want to be identified out of safety concerns, told Beth Warden what led him to be sleeping outside most of last summer.

“I had a stroke last year. I have diabetes. I have got hit with a double whammy.” said the homeless man.
