SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – According to the Mitchell Police Department, two Sioux Falls men have been arrested after fleeing police in Mitchell.
The incident occurred around 1:52 am on Tuesday, December 16, when an officer on patrol observed suspicious activity near a business in the 1100 block of E. Spruce Ave.
