SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — South Dakota’s new leader of the state prison system said Wednesday the system’s narcotics issue is no worse than most other prisons in the nation.
Nick Lamb, the secretary of the South Dakota Department of Corrections, attended Wednesday’s meeting of the Correctional Rehabilitation Task Force.
