PARK RAPIDS, Minn. — A Sioux Falls company has purchased more than 150 acres of a former corporate retreat in northern Minnesota owned by 3M.
Billion Real Estate Holdings LLC of Sioux Falls has acquired 154.25 of the available 187.2 acres.
