SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -The North American Aerospace Defense Command, or NORAD, will be focused on a special mission throughout this Christmas Eve Day and into the night.
“As part of the North American Aerospace Command, on a daily basis, we use several systems to track threats to North America, and on December 24th, we have a special mission, and that’s to track Santa and to make sure he has a safe passage through North America,” said Dipen Mistry, Chief Warrant Officer for Canadian NORAD Region.
