SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A memorial is planned today, December 26, in Sioux Falls to honor an inmate who died while in the custody of the South Dakota Prison System.
The memorial is set for 6:00 pm tonight, right outside the state penitentiary.
