SFPD: Traffic stop turned aggravated assault

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Sioux Falls man was arrested after a traffic stop turned into an aggravated assault against a police officer.

Officers arrested Rudolph Gabe Jr., 42, for aggravated assault on law enforcement and other charges after a Monday afternoon indicident, Sioux Falls Police spokesman Sgt. Aaron Benson said at Tuesday’s police briefing,

Benson said the incident happened near West 10th Street and South Lincoln Avenue before 4:30 p.m. Monday.
