SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – The start of a new year also means the start of the burger battle for Downtown Sioux Falls. This year, there’s a record 50 burgers on the list to try, including some from area food trucks.
For three years now, Woodgrain Brewing has partnered with the food truck Southern Perfection BBQ in order to have an entry in the Burger Battle.

“We don’t have room for a kitchen here or anything, certainly not a burger kitchen,” Steve Hartman, owner of Woodgrain Brewing, said. “And for us to cook outside or do anything is a little bit tedious so it’s just nice that we have the option to bring in a partner like Southern Perfection to do the cooking.”
