ROCK RAPIDS—The two men who reportedly rampaged through the Lyon County Courthouse in Rock Rapids were brought back to Iowa on Tuesday.
Thirty-nine-year-old Brandon Lyle High Pipe and 18-year-old Luciano Eliseo Sanchez broke into the courthouse during the overnight hours of Tuesday-Wednesday, Dec. 16-17, and did extensive damage, authorities claim.
They were arrested in Spearfish, SD, early Dec. 20. High Pipe, who lists a Rapid City, SD, address, waived extradition to Iowa, but Sanchez asked for a hearing, which was held on Monday. By Tuesday, they were headed east…
