DELL RAPIDS, S.D. (KELO) — Dells Theatre owner Brian Anderson looked at every option available to replace the theater’s current projector.
“We started looking into loans and grants and other things and trying to figure out what we could do, and we’re kind of hitting a lot of roadblocks with that,” said owner and operator of the Dells Theatre, Brian Anderson.
