ROCK RAPIDS—A 19-year-old Rock Rapids resident was arrested about 12:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 26, on a charge of second-offense possession/purchase of alcohol under legal age and failure to maintain control.
The arrest of Kyli Jean Vermeer stemmed from a report of a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix in the ditch on the 1400 mile of Harding Avenue north of Rock Rapids, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
