ROCK RAPIDS—A 27-year-old Rock Rapids man who turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant faces an additional charge after he showed up intoxicated Saturday, Dec. 27, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
Warrants for the arrest of Adam Lee Rosheim stemmed from him calling 911 at 10:06 p.m. and again seven minutes later Tuesday, Dec. 23.
Rosheim said there was not an emergency the first time, and he still did not have an emergency the second time but began harassing the dispatcher, according to the incident report…
