UPDATE: Police respond to incident at Dakota and 14th Street

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A large police presence was spotted near Dakota Avenue and 14th Street late Friday morning.

As of 12:02 p.m., officers were seen leaving the scene. SFPD spokesman Aaron Benson told KELOLAND News police were told there was a burglary. After police arrived, they realized there wasn’t one.

Photos showed police taking up lanes on 14th Street and trying to enter a home.
