SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A red Freightliner Cascada semi, missing its passenger side headlight, is the vehicle authorities are searching for in a fatal hit-and-run Saturday morning near Humboldt, the South Dakota Highway Patrol said in a social media post Friday.
The semi hit a vehicle pulling off to the side of Interstate 90 at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday and left the scene, the state Department of Public Safety said in a Wednesday news release.
