Few things excite Sioux Falls more than the opening of a new restaurant. Especially if it’s a national chain. It has been nearly five years since the famous Chick-fil-A restaurant finally opened a location in Sioux Falls.
A Long-Awaited Second Sioux Falls Location
After years of wishing and waiting, in September of 2021, what will now be known as Sioux Falls’ FIRST Chick-fil-A restaurant opened at Empire Place next to the Empire Mall on the city’s west side.
Now, in January 2026, Sioux Falls’ second Chick-fil-A location is ready to open.
