ROCK RAPIDS—A 55-year-old Albia man was arrested Monday, Jan. 26, on Lyon County warrants on one count of grooming and three counts of first-offense telephone dissemination of obscene material to minor.
The arrest of Jeffrey Lee LeMay stemmed from him using electronic means to communicate with an undercover officer that he thought was a 15-year-old female from Larchwood, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
