SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Big Sioux Burger has officially rebranded as Big Sioux Diner & Dive, reflecting its expanded menu and focus on classic, chef-driven food.
“As we’ve introduced more guests to this restaurant, it became clear they love the burgers, but they also are huge fans of our breakfast and other menu items, and sometimes were surprised to discover all we offered,” said Jake Quasney, COO of The Steel District developer and property manager, Lloyd Companies.
