Swamp Daddy’s Cajun Kitchen will leave its downtown location at the end of the month.
The restaurant was one of the first tenants in the first-floor marketplace at the Jones421 Building, opening in 2018 and moving into a larger space in 2022. Owner Inkka Beaudion announced the upcoming change Tuesday night in a social media post and said that Swamp Daddy’s will continue on.
“Where are we moving to? We don’t know yet. I don’t have a location as to where we’re moving, and we’re still trying to figure that out,” Beaudion said. “This is something that we are navigating and would like to try to figure it out as soon as possible, as far as for what the next plans and what the next steps for Swamp Daddy’s are going to be. … I’m just trusting and having faith in God that something’s going to work out.”
