GRANITE—An 18-year-old Sioux Falls, SD, resident was arrested about 11:40 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, on charges of first-offense operating while under the influence and possession/purchase of alcohol under legal age at Gitchie Manitou State Preserve near Granite.
