SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A Sioux Falls teenager was arrested following a high-speed chase in and around downtown Sioux Falls Monday night.
At around 9:30 on Monday, Feb. 23, an officer noticed a Chrysler 300 traveling northbound on Cliff Avenue at a high rate of speed, clocking the vehicle going 74 MPH in a 30 MPH zone.
The officer stopped the vehicle, but when he approached to speak to the driver, the driver immediately accelerated, reaching estimated speeds of around 80 MPH…
