The Legacy of the B-29 DOC
The B-29 DOC is one of only two airworthy Boeing B-29 Superfortresses remaining in the world. It was restored to flying condition by the non-profit organization Doc’s Friends in Wichita, Kansas.
The “DOC” is part of a “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” themed squadron and now serves as a traveling museum and flying tribute to wartime aircrews.
