BRANDON, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – On Thursday, students at Brandon Valley got a special treat and a choice for who will be making their food in school next year.
This is something that Brandon Valley said has never been done in the state, and 200 students, grades 4th through 11th, got to taste food from seven vendors.
They said the staff taste tests the food every year for their students, but giving the students a choice on what food they want to eat next year was important to them…
