SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) — Outdoor ice skating isn’t a high priority when temperatures climb to the fifties in Sioux Falls.
That’s why the ice is being removed at the skate ribbon at Jacobson Plaza in downtown Sioux Falls, to give way to concrete for roller skating in the spring and summer.
