SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -Minnehaha County Capt. Josh Phillips announced Monday that he has officially submitted the required petition signatures to qualify for the race for sheriff.
“Turning in our petitions is an important step in this campaign,” said Phillips.
