SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A Florida woman is behind bars for allegedly trying to distribute K2 into the South Dakota State Penitentiary.
According to court documents, the DOC recorded conversations between an inmate and 37-year-old Meaghan Valle starting in August 2025.
