SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – The Sioux Falls Police Department is reminding the public of a free service they provide to bike owners.
SFPD provides bike licenses free of charge at the law enforcement center at 320 West 4th St., and is open Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 p.m.
