SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) —It feels a little more like a trip to Ireland than a South Dakota restaurant as you take in the sights of Blarney Stone in downtown Sioux Falls.
“Saint Patrick’s Day weekend is the busiest day of the year, especially with the parade Saturday. Saint Patty’s Day isn’t far behind it,” said Bree Sanders the assistant service manager of Blarney Stone.
Because of its Irish roots, Blarney Stone makes sure to do a lot of prep in advance.

“So we start ramping up cooking. We start figuring out drink specials. We start getting any kind of advertising. We put our flier out front. We have an ongoing list of things. So we had an astronomical amount of kegs delivered the other day, so it’s all hands on deck,” Sanders said…
