Swamp Daddy’s is determined to get it right.
After closing their restaurant in the Jones421 Building on Feb. 28 due to a decision they “didn’t necessarily choose,” owner Del’Inkka Beaudion announced Tuesday, March 17, that her Cajun restaurant will finally be leaving the uptown mixed-use development for a new catering-friendly space to the north.
Located inside Signature Aviation, at 3501 N. Aviation Ave., Swamp Daddy’s Cajun Kitchen will move inside the former space used by Umami Cafe and Catering, which owner and chef Jess Blodgett closed late last year…
