ROCK RAPIDS—A 42-year-old Rock Rapids man was arrested about 6:35 a.m. Monday, March 16, on Lyon County warrants for second-offense possession of a controlled substance — marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to affix a drug stamp.
The arrest of Christopher Lee Cuff stemmed from a search warrant executed about 12:30 a.m. Sunday, March 1, at his residence, Apartment 9 at 905 First Ave. in Rock Rapids, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
