SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A man wanted for sex crimes involving a child in Sioux Falls has been arrested in New Mexico.
43-year old Steven Martin is back behind bars, this time accused of being an out-of-state fugitive.

He was located in New Mexico, and his warrant was served on him.
