Authorities in Minnehaha County have been looking for him since earlier this month.Court documents say a mother told police Martin followed her family, looked in their windows, and also showed her 5-year-old child an inappropriate video

Wanted SF man found in New Mexico

Dozens of people showed up at Van Eps Park in downtown Sioux Falls on Wednesday. They gathered for a Missing and Murdered awareness vigil. Organizers called people to stand together in the wake of recent tragedies. The vigil comes less than a week after the body of a missing 14-year-old girl was found in rural Brookings County.
