SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Costco Wholesale in Sioux Falls is looking to expand its parking lot.
Documents on the Sioux Falls Planning Commission’s agenda show the store’s petition for the rezoning of a storage lot near the warehouse.
The planning commission will vote to rezone the property on Wednesday, April 1.
Currently, Sherman Storage owns the space Costco is looking to rezone to commercial use “to add additional parking for commercial retail.”
