SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — There will be lane closures on West Russell Street starting Monday.
The city of Sioux Falls will close the outside and center eastbound lanes of West Russell Street from West Avenue to Minnesota Avenue. The closure is so crews can repair concreate and curb and gutter. Joints will also be re-sealed.

The city said on its construction website page that one lane eastbound traffic will be always be open. The westbound lanes are expected to be fully open. There will be access to businesses, homes and side streets.
The work is expected to be completed in early May. But, other work on Russell Street will be ongoing through October…
