Jacky’s Burrito Express officially closed its doors at its 41st Street location on Thursday, March 26, leaving another empty storefront along one of the city’s busiest streets. But that vacancy might not last forever. In fact, it could eventually make way for a restaurant chain that many Sioux Falls residents have been craving for years.
